Rhythmo was developed by Leanne, a qualified educator with 16 years in primary and secondary education and Beth, a professional dancer with 15 years of performance and choreography experience.
Recognising a gap in structured, evidence-based movement training that bridges neuroscience and pedagogy, they created Australia's first rhythm-led physical literacy method.
Based on Victoria's Bellarine Peninsula, Rhythmo is piloting programs with schools and sports clubs while building partnerships with universities and sporting organisations toward National scale-up aligned with Brisbane 2032.
Creative Director – Movement Design
Beth is a trained dancer, choreographer, and movement specialist who infuses creativity, confidence, and expression into every Rhythmo™ sequence. Her passion for movement ensures that every beat strengthens the body-brain connection across all ages and abilities.
Awarded a full scholarship to Wilkes Academy—one of the UK’s leading performing arts institutions—Beth trained as a professional dancer and has performed at prestigious venues including the Royal Albert Hall, Her Majesty’s Theatre London, Sadlers Wells, and the Birmingham NEC. She has worked with high-profile clients and events, bringing her exceptional performance skills to diverse audiences.
Beth’s expertise extends beyond the stage. As a former SEN Teaching Assistant in primary schools, she provided specialized 1:1 support to students with autism, ADHD, Down syndrome, global developmental delay, and sensory impairments. This experience equipped her with deep understanding of adaptive movement strategies and inclusive practice for children with diverse learning needs.
For the past five years, Beth has been a foster carer supporting children aged 0-18, having cared for 17 children to date. Combined with her work as a dance teacher and choreographer—including owning her own successful dance school, Base Dance Academy—Beth brings unique insight into child development, emotional regulation, and creative expression through movement.
Beth’s choreography has been showcased internationally, including performances at Disneyland Paris and the All England Ballroom Championships at Blackpool Tower Ballroom. She leads the creative vision behind Rhythmo™, ensuring every session is full of energy, inclusive and designed to unlock confidence and potential in every participant.
